We would have no hesitation in recommending Danchuk Construction to anyone. Other builders we have spoken to in our area describe Sean as “One of the good guys”. The fit and finish in our home is outstanding. It’s just a small thing but I show all our visitors how the screw slots in the electrical outlets and light switch plates line up perfectly. Care taken, even in these small details, give confidence in the build as a whole. Sean has answered all texts, usually by calling back, and has addressed our questions promptly and efficiently.

Well what can l say about Danchuk Const LTD. After selling our house rather quickly in the summer of 2016 we looked at many houses. There was a few we could live with but nothing we both really loved. Then we walked into a house that Sean was building and loved it. The quality and workmanship was there. One of my most favourite things was a fantastic rock up to the ceiling gas fireplace with a beautiful wood beam mantle which l never saw in any of the other new homes. Sean has a very good work ethic and you see this right away plus he has a real nice smile that just makes your day better. Anytime we would call him with any changes or questions he would promptly call us back.High five also to his crew who would show up at the time and day they said they would and get the job done. It was a complete honor and pleasure working with Sean and l would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone. You came up with ideas that improved my home and your excellent finifshing work is commented on over and over. Also, I need to let you know that I think you had extraordinary trades working on my house and I had great service form a few of them long after the sale.
